Order Processing & Fulfillment
All of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner. This means your item is custom printed just for you!

Fulfillment Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before your item ships. Most orders are fulfilled within 3–5 days.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by destination:

• USA: 3–5 business days after fulfillment

• Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

• International: 7–20 business days after fulfillment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems delayed or lost, please reach out to us at info@gofanapparel.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
