All of our fan apparel is made-to-order just for you, which means we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Once your order is submitted and production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly prepared by our team, please contact us at info@gofanapparel.com within 10 days of delivery, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
